Chantal Molleur spent 20 years working in the media arts industry in Montreal, before moving to Switzerland in 2005. Until 2012 she worked as a manager for the Swiss distribution platform videoart.ch. In 2011 she initiated the organisation White Frame to promote Swiss video and media art projects and became the Swiss delegate for FIFA (International Festival of Films on Art) Montreal. On the board of juries, she has on several occasions been responsible for awarding scholarships to artists and filmmakers.
Chantal Molleur works as a freelance curator and distributor in the realm of video art and photography. She collaborates with exhibition houses, filmmakers and artists on the launch of art projects, curated film programs and exhibitions.
At the Lucerne School of Art and Design, Chantal Molleur continues to be responsible for the promotion of degree films in the field of video and animation. She closely collaborates with Freihändler Film Production in the evaluation and promotion of films.
